What’s New?
Stepping Into AI: Content Summarization
We’re taking our first steps into the world of AI! Now, when you add a Document (PDF) or longer content in News, Journals, or Events, you can generate an AI-powered summary. This summary is optional and is included with the content in the app. Look for the new summary icon when viewing PDFs or content—making it easier to get the gist at a glance.
Membership Card: Add to Wallet
If your Membership Card feature is enabled, you can now add your card directly to Apple and Google wallets for quick and easy access.
Smoother Experience
A new spring/bounce effect has been implemented across all app screens, ensuring a more consistent and enjoyable user experience on both iOS and Android.
Admin Dashboard Enhancements
- Localization: Our new localization system allows dynamic updates to in-app strings across all supported languages—no app resubmission required! If you spot an error or need a string updated, just let us know.
- Module Management: Enable modules for specific groups, giving you more control over who has access to what.
- Bulk Document Actions: Select multiple documents to archive or delete, and see at a glance where each document is used.
- UI Updates: The Document module now supports AI summaries and includes a PDF preview for easier management.
- App Update Management: The “App update required” feature is now managed by 2Way, providing better oversight and control. Admins can view available, live, and required update versions directly from the dashboard.
- Event & Survey Reminders: Schedule automatic notifications to remind users before events or surveys expire.
- Dashboard Graphs: Improved report graphs now allow custom date ranges and better scaling for clearer insights.
